Privacy Policy

JR Key Advisory is the market-facing advisory practice of Key Facilitation LLC. This policy explains what this website collects, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising or tracking pixels.

What we collect

When you complete the Executive AI Alignment Diagnostic and request your results report, we collect your name, work email address, and your overall score. When you schedule a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter. If you email us, we keep that correspondence. Our web host records standard server logs as part of normal operation and security.

About the diagnostic specifically

Answering the questions happens entirely in your browser, and your report is generated there and saved directly to your device. Your individual answers and your detailed results are never transmitted to us. We receive only your name, email, and overall score, and only when you submit the results form. If you close the page without submitting that form, we receive nothing.

Why we collect it

To know who is using the diagnostic, to respond to you, and to follow up about our services where you've shown interest.

Who we share it with

We use Make.com to move form submissions into our records, Airtable to store contact records, Google Workspace for email, and Calendly for scheduling. They process this on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Twenty-four months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email jr@jrkeyadvisory.com and we will act on it within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking will not affect how we work with you. We honor these requests from anyone, regardless of where you live or which privacy laws apply to you.

Children

This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
